Our ‘House’ Salad Dressing Recipe

 ¼ cup balsamic vinegar (my kids prefer white)
 2 tbsp sucanat (you can use brown sugar or agave)
 1 tbsp (heaping) fresh, minced garlic
 ½ tsp sea salt
 ½ tsp ground black pepper
 ¾ cup flaxseed oil (you could use extra virgin olive oil)

Combine well (shake in a canning jar) and serve
