¼ cup balsamic vinegar (my kids prefer white)
2 tbsp brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey
1 tbsp (heaping) fresh, finely minced garlic
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil (could use 1/2 mct oil)

Combine well (shake in a canning jar, blend in a nutribullet or use immersion blender) and serve!
